Welcome to the infoayamonte, we doing a complete overhaul so there will be no significant new updates to this site from today 22nd Jan 2012, as all our spare work hours are being dedicated to the new site.

We will launch the new site on Feb 29th 2012, however a number of our members will be contacted to get a sneek preview of the new site, I have no doubt you will not be dissappointed.

Isla Canela

A Unique tower which dates from the late 1500's and was commisioned by Felipe II. The tower has been restored and can be visited by arrangement via the tourism office in Ayamonte. It is one of the only towers along the coast that has it's own well inside the tower building.
