As of Monday 27th of April children under the age of 14 will be allowed to accompany their parents or guardians to shops, pharmacy or the bank as announced by the minister for Finance and government spokesperson Maria Jesus Montero. The new rule has taken many families by surprise as they were expecting to be able to take their children outside but not necessary to shops etc.

There has been a total of 3,968 new cases declared today and the total confirmed cases is now at 204,178. The number of deaths has now reached 21,282. The number of people who have recovered is 82,514.

Meanwhile in Andalusia there are 11,689 confirmed cases of which 5,509 have needed hospitalisation and 692 have needed intensive care. As of 21.00 yesterday there are 1,173 patients confirmed with Covid-19 in hospital and 277 of those are in intensive care. There have been 1,017 deaths (Malaga 223, Jaen 140, Granada 208, Cordoba 79, Cadiz 75, Seville 215, Almeria 43, Huelva 34). In Seville there are 2,371 cases and 1,044 of those required hospitalization with 137 in intensive care. There have been 215 deaths while 481 have recovered.

In Andalusia there have been a total of 1,017 deaths so far. A total 3,411 patients have recovered.

In Huelva there are 390 cases, this being an increase of 1 new case today, 212 have been hospitalized with 29 in intensive care. No new deaths were reported today so the total stays at 34. The good news is 130 have now recovered from the virus.
