As all of Andalusia enters Phase three tomorrow ,all timetables have now been abolished and here are some of the changes we will see:

Masks

The use of masks remains exactly the same as law published on Thursday May 21st. In other words the use of masks is compulsory for everyone six years of age or older in all public areas or in closed spaces where it is not possible to respect the social distancing of two metres.

Bars and Restaurants

It will now be permitted to use 50% of the capacity indoors and 75% of their terrace capacity. Maximum of group of 20 per table. You are now allowed to drink at the bar counter as long as you respect social distancing measures. Late nite bars and discos can open but dancefloor must remain unused.

Hotels

Communal areas are now permitted to open up to 50% of their capacity.

Beach & Swimming pools

Beaches allowed to full open as long as social distancing can be maintained. Groups of up to 15 people who are not from the same household. Personal items, sunbeds, towels etc must be placed on sand respecting a distance of 2 metres. Town Halls are permitted to limit the capacity of beaches and to limit the amount of time you can stay on the beach. Public swimming pools allowed to open but to a maximum capacity of 30%, dressing rooms also permitted as long as social distancing and hygienic standards can be upheld.

Wedding, Funerals and places of worship

A maximum of 150 guests per wedding open air and 75 in closed spaces. Always respecting that only 75% of the maximum capacity. Maximum of 50 people at a funeral (open air) and 25 in closed area. Maximum of 75% of the capacity in places of worship (Churches, chapels etc)

Shopping , Cinema, Concerts and Museums

Shopping centres allowed to open to 50% of their capacity. Open air markets allowed 50% of the maximum stalls. Cinemas, Theatres can open to maximum of 50% capacity as long as there are assigned seats. Open air concerts or entertainment can have a maximum of 800 people, but crowd must be seated and maintain a distance of two metres. Museums & Libraries & Art Galleries can open to maximum of 50% capacity and groups of visitors of up to 20 people.

Sport

Groups of up to 20 people allowed to train together. Games can be played with spectators up to a maximum capacity of 30%. Indoor sports can resume but public must be limited to one person per 20m2 Gyms can re-open but the dressing rooms must remain closed and to 30% of the maximum capacity.

Transport

All seats allowed on buses, trains and planes however it is recommended where possible to keep distance. Passengers are allowed to walk onto ferries. All recreational sailing and boating permitted. Transit between all the provinces in Andalusia permitted from June 8th.

In Andalusia, the number of confirmed cases is now 12,796 (+8) of which 6,291(+2) have needed hospitalisation and 773 (+0) have needed intensive care. As of 00.00 today there are 79 (-7) patients confirmed with Covid-19 in hospital and 25 (-3) of those are in intensive care.

In Andalusia with 14,004 (+15) patients recovered, the hospitals are as follows please note that the total of patients hospitalised includes those in intensive care

There have been 1,425 (+2) deaths in Andalusia (Malaga 287 (+0), Jaen 184 (+0) , Granada 287 (+0), Cordoba 117 (+0) , Cadiz 159 (+0), Seville 289 (+2), Almeria 54 (+0) , Huelva 48 (+0). In Seville there are 2,486 cases and 1,207 of those required hospitalization with 151 in intensive care. There have been 289 deaths while 2,794 have recovered.

In Huelva there are 408 cases, no new cases today, 222 have been hospitalized with 30 in intensive care. No new deaths were reported today, so total stays at 48 people. The good news is 471 have recovered from the virus.
